subsidiary of the Inuit Broadcasting Corporation (IBC, the Inuktitut language broadcaster of Nunavut). Inuit Communications is 100% Inuit owned and profits are re-invested into northern economic and cultural development. The company provides professional broadcast and digital media production services for television and radio, internet, live webcasting, public awareness and education from our production facility in Iqaluit, NU. Inuit Communications was incorporated in 1983. We have worked on contract or in partnership with federal and territorial government departments, designated Inuit organizations, social service agencies, educational institutions and private businesses. We have partnered with or provided services for broadcasters and independent producers from around the world. ICSL sells broadcast equipment to aboriginal production organizations across Nunavut, NWT, Yukon, Nunavik, Nunatsiavut and Northern Ontario.
