Our products include silicon avalanche photodiodes pioneered by this site in the early seventies, photodiodes, photodiode arrays, lasers and single photon counting devices and modules as an alternative to photomultipliers, and plan to launch recently SiPM sensors. We also design and build optoelectronic modules for use in defense, mil-aero, medical, scientific, and other sophisticated systems.
