PGF provides management consulting services in organizational development, training and social policy research. Our services are available in both French and English. Our organization has three distinct divisions that work in tandem to provide our clients with the ability to rely on us for interventions and services that capture the spectrum of their needs. The Organizational Development / Learning sector assists clients in the areas of institutional assessment and reinforcement, training and program evaluation. Organizational Development Performance Feedback – PGF uses a performance feedback system to assess: - current effectiveness - learning needs Once your managers' and staff's strengths/weaknesses have been identified, we help them improve via individualized coaching sessions.
