The Association provides stakeholders the opportunity to create long term strategies to ensure the growth of a sustainable labour pool and addresses employment needs of the industry through private and public partnerships.

The Industry has made a strong financial and human resource commitment to ensure that issues of concern to the health and growth of the sector are addressed.

The association continues to partner with Manitoba educational institutions, sector councils, and service providers to address the changing needs of contact centres.

MCCA members exchange information on recruitment, retention, training, and education and strategize to meet the needs of their business to ensure on-going success.
