As September 1st 2009, Genitest is the single and only independent (non captive) laboratory in Canada accredited by Nadcap (Aerospace and Defence) that can perform Chemical Analysis on metal alloys. No other independent laboratory was able to maintain his accreditation in Canada.
Genitest (also accredited ISO 17025) is reliable a source for majors deciders since 1990. Our services include: chemical analyses for all alloys, tensile testing, metallography, corrosion test (STIC, exfoliation, IGA/IGO, etc.), alloy depletion, grain size, hardness and microhardness, SEM, failure analysis, EDX-Ray, microprobe analysis, nanophase characterization.
