Technomedia is a talent management solution provider featuring a unified talent management suite. The suite is an integrated, modular solution addressing talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, compensation, employee records management, and learning and development.
Founded in 1996, Technomedia is a privately owned, 200-employee company with headquarters in Montreal, Paris, and New York. They also have a sales and data center in Hong Kong. Through the recent acquisition of Hodes iQ in September of 2011, Technomedia now does business in the US as Technomedia-Hodes iQ. The Technomedia’s Talent Platform helps manage and develop the individual and collective core competencies of an organization. The suite consists of integrated modules designed to act independently or collectively to provide personalized solutions. These modules address recruitment; performance appraisal; competency management, talent and succession planning; learning management, online course content, leader-led, coaching and delivery, course brokerage; career management and strategies, communication, and e-commerce. The system manages development plans and follow-ups for individuals and groups, compiling and managing the organizational training efforts of a company. It can work independently or in concert with an organization's ERP system, and is quickly implemented for immediate returns. The platform integrates an Analytics functionality that aggregates information from the whole application and moves it into a data warehouse to enable data analysis across the entire management spectrum. A comprehensive social learning interface will be available in 2012. |
