Sector information
Distribution of employees
80% in Engineering, 20% Administrative and Marketing.Unique applications:
100 points of inspection. A major Engine Assembly and sequencing facility had a need to perform a 100+ points of inspection to ensure correct assembly before the modules were shipped to their OEM customer. Global Controls provided a CanaVision AVI 32 camera system that would perform 100+ points of inspection, record the images for every inspection and transfer then along with a build sequnce code, in 4.5 seconds or less. An article was written about this application Septemeber 2007 magazine Advanced Manufacturing by CLB Media.Success stories:
We are a unique Canadian Engineering Services and Support company that has partnered with CanaVision Technologies to promote and implement their automated visual inspection systems that can be easily transfered to support maintenance people at any given facility. CanaVision has taken away sophistication, complexity, and instead provided a microwave oven like format which is easy to understand with results in seconds! Many of our clients have been turn around situations from bad experiences with smart sensors or other poorly supported solutions by inexperienced or unspecialized 3rd parties. This has led to poor system performance, non inclusive system knowledge and lack of transparency. We have turned around many of these clients, and have a long list of referrals to back up our claims.
With Hundreds of installations throughout Canada & United States we have both the experience, and live applications for reference to your own process needs.
