Unique applications:
Infrastructure rehabilitation programs implementation and management is a very challenging and high risk task in Iraq. Most local contractors and services' providers lack the use of international management methodologies that insures acceptable quality control and assurance levels.Started in 2005. Incoporated in 2007, WATERTON Ltd. realized the business opportunity and has introduced a mid-way Iraqi-North American collaboration structured to meet the needs and facilitate and optumize each specific project in Iraq to meet and exceeds stakeholders expectations.
In 2005 WATERTON Company have succeeded in managing several water networks distribution projects in Iraq, funded by US Army Corps of Engineers, through providing PMI standard project management methodologies and operating from Richmond Hill -Ontario.
Our project management not only used virtual and electronic communications with all parties involved, but we have also managed to have site visits inside Iraq conducted several management tasks there and in neighboring Jordan.
Our success in this field encouraged other clients from Czech republic and FAO of the United nations to acquire our services and provide local services in Iraq .
High profits levels comes with smart calculated risks; the excellent reputation Canadian products and services have in Iraq provide high potentials for great opportunities and we encourage Canadian businesses to step in and engage the various levels of opportunities there.
