COMPANY PROFILE:
Founded in 1991 at Montreal by Gerard Blin after a 17 years carreer as executive director for several multinational companies in Canada, mainly as Quality Corporate Director reporting to the President.

We employ up to a dozen of salaried or contractual Canadian Associates who are mostly issued from our large business network including several Quebec Quality Practioners.

We also work on a business opportunity basis, with an international network of Affiliates located in France, North Africa and Argentina which are sharing our fundamental following business values.

We are coaching from A to Z, the CERTIFICATION projects of the organizations helping them to implement various tailorised management systems then submitting the results obtained with our help to an independent third-party (registar) for the final registration. We are covering the following certifiable or regulatory systems:

1- QUALITY Management Systems (QMS)

All certifiable systems by a third-party for the Products/Services of public and private sectors (automotive, aerospatial, telecommunication, medical instruments, printing, packaging, transportation, engineering, designing, information technology, import/export, services providers,etc);

2- ENVIRONMENTAL Management Systems (EMS)

All certifiable systems by a third-party for the manufacturing, forest and farming environments including the traceabilities as required, the integrated systems of the Sustainable Development and of the Social Responsibility of the enterprise, the system LEED of the buildings sector, the systems for the regulatory environmental conformance of the manufacturing, forest, agricultural operations which are detrimental to the Environment including these contributing to the Climate changes.


3- SAFETY Management Systems (SMS)

Certifiable systems by a third-party for Agri-Food Safety (HACCP) including the traceabilities when required, Occupational Safety & Health, Industrials Processes Dependability, Information Security, US Custom Security (C-TPAT) and the systems for the regulatory continual conformance to the provisions taken for obtaining the miscellaneous PRODUCT LABELS (organic products, origin and other value added identification).

4- COMPETENCY Management System for laboratory

A certifiable system by third-party of the competency of the laboratories (Chemical and Microbiological Analysis, Physical and Calibration Tests). This system is available at an affordable cost in Canada and worldwide when the SCC (or any other Accreditation body) is not mandatory and when a voluntary certification by a third-party is an added value for the customer).

5- BUSINESS Management Systems

All certifiable systems by a third-party of the Business Continuity (Risk management, BCM, FMEA, Urgency plan, etc) and the miscellaneous National Awards for Business Excellence in the world (Malcolm Baldrige Award , Prix européen et canadien de la qualité, etc).

Our consulting team has guided and supplied all necessary support in order to fully succeed the IMPROVEMENT project of this organization, which is providing accreditation services through its CONSEIL DES APPELLATIONS AGROALIMENTAIRES DU QUÉBEC (CAAQ), especially in the Organic Foods sector.

After an initial complete review of the existing applicable regulations relating to the Accreditation Body (CAAQ) responsible for the accreditation of the Conformity Assessment Bodies (CAB) in Quebec, we have elaborated a Quality Management System (QMS) to manage the accreditation services including a code for conducting assessment of CAB, integrating the various requirements of:

Our consulting team has guided and supplied all necessary support in order to fully succeed the IMPLEMENTATION AND THE CERTIFICATION project of the new performances of this organization which is from now on, manufacturing timber structural trusses for buildings, bridges, architectured constructions, etc...mainly, glued and laminated beams and columns and I-beams, in its Chibougamau plant located in the James Bay region (North of Quebec).

FOR THE MINISTRY OF TRADE OF ALGERIA AND ITS ALGERIAN CENTER FOR QUALITY CONTROL AND PACKAGING (ACQCE)

Our consulting team has guided and supplied all necessary support in order to fully succeed the IMPROVEMENT project of this public organization which is providing all microbiological and physical-chemistry analyses to the Commercial Frauds Inspection division of the Ministry of Trade of Algeria through its national network of 20 laboratories which constitutes the ACQCE.

After an extensive diagnosis of the existing situation on the four (4) main sites scattered throughout all the Algerian territory, we have provided the training of 350 peoples and all necessary support from a to z, in order to improve the following areas:
- Managerial and administrative competences of the Head Office and the four (4) principal laboratories (Alger, Constantine, Ouargla and Oran);
- Risk Management with the AMDEC/FMEA tool;
- Occupational Heath and Safety of the laboratory workers (Safety Management System, SMS);
- Quality Management System (QMS) for the microbiological and physical-chemistry analyses;
- Environmental Management System (EMS) of the 4 pilot laboratories;
- Optimization of the existing IT with the Isonorm-DMS technology.

Our initiatives during 16 months with a team composed of six (6) dedicated Canadian resources (one project manager, four consulting and training engineers and one assistant), have resulted in:
- a clear improvement of the competence of the concerned ACQCE laboratories;
- a certification of the compliance with the requirements of ISO 17025:1999, obtained from an independent, neutral and international registrar in November 2004;
- a modern management of the certified documentation with the Isonorm-DMS technology;
- a better recognition of the quality of the Algerian exported goods (ACQCE inspected);
- and finally the recognition of the effective results by the Algerian Authorities, the Canadian Funds Managing firm (CRC SOGEMA) and the financing organization (CIDA, Canadian International Development Agency).
