Wild Coast Productions & Event Rentals was formed with the mandate to revolutionize the way event organizers rent equipment. We carry everything needed for a concert: Sound, Lighting, Staging, Video & Electrical. We carry a huge selection of rental products: Carpet, Tables & Chairs, Linens, Drapery, Tools. We carry everything you need for an outdoor event: Tenting, Scaffolding, Electrical, Flooring and Staging.
Our services are available 24/7. We understand that events happen on Sundays, Weekends and Evening. We do not charge extra for late night deliveries or pickups. Why? Because that is when events happen. This ensures our customer get what they need, when they need it. Our customer service representatives know the business. They've setup and taken down equipment. They've loaded and unloaded trucks. This ensures that everyone involved in your event has the knowledge to make your event a success. Although our shop staff doesn't regularly setup and take down equipment, even our shop crew knows the ins and outs of event production. We were contracted to provide a solutions for a trade show where floor space was a premium and they did not want to use valuable floor space for the key note speaker stage.
