We specialize in providing cost effective services to address the clear and ever growing security screening needs of both the private sector and government agencies. Unlike the usual software, equipment, support and upgrades that system vendors charge tens of thousands of dollars for, ClearNeed provides service based solutions that are never out of step with the RCMP’s latest NIST standards. Our services are designed to suit your business requirements:
We are able to provide all the necessary hardware, software, connectivity, training and support at your facility for your exclusive use. If your security profile permits, you will also be able to receive electronic responses as well from the RCMP.
We also have a network of Affiliates who are able to come to your facilities to capture and submit electronic fingerprints or you can visit them at their business address; the choice is yours.
Should you be in a remote location and only have a limited need for fingerprinting services you can always make use of ClearNeed’s secure fingerprint conversion facilities where we guarantee same day conversion and electronic submission of your inked and rolled prints at extremely affordable prices.
To accommodate the needs of agencies that process a large number of transactions ClearNeed also provides a capital purchase option that works hand-in-hand with the ClearNeed transaction server to provide secure, hassle free connectivity to the RCMP.
We also have another office at :

Paper C216C Card Conversion Services
An economical alternative to in-house livescan is the conversion of inked fingerprint files at ClearNeed’s Hamilton paper conversion facilities. We have a large staff of highly skilled data entry clerks and scanning specialists and as a result we are able to provide prompt and inexpensive conversion services.
RTID Fingerprint Submission System/Service
ClearNeed provides the Orenex Security Information System (SIS) Civil Applicant module as the core of the ClearNeed Service for submitting electronic fingerprints for Real Time Identification (RTID) to the RCMP NIST server. The benefit to the client is as follows;
The SIS Reporting module provides a powerful reporting capability that can be used by clients staff to generate analysis to suite your individual needs.
Compliance to NIST standards is easily maintained via definition import into the SIS Administration module without the need for new program executables.
SIS is integrated with a drivers’ licence scanner that extracts an image of the driver’s licence (passport is optional) and automatically populates the demographic data for search and application creation purposes.
The SIS Applicant, Reporting and Administration modules are all fully bilingual and ClearNeed is able to provide bilingual training.
