The company is located in Brantford, Ontario, Canada, a one-hour drive west of Toronto. Operations are controlled out of the 50,000 square foot facility housing Corporate Offices, Manufacturing, Distribution, Quality Control and Research and Development laboratories. Additional warehouse/distribution facilities are located in Vancouver, B.C. Tom Beal, Vice President - Sales, heads the Sales Department and has 20 year's sales and marketing experience in the healthcare industry. Germiphene employs approximately 100 staff members and has extensive in-house experience in regulatory affairs, R&D and microbiology. The company also retains consultants in many segments of dentistry, including Periodontology and Infection Control. Germiphene employs 17 Sales Representatives across Canada concentrating in direct detailing in the Dental markets.
