John G Wilson Machine Limited's expertise in manufacturing spans from simple metal fabrication and metal components to high value and high volume electromechanical assemblies and systems in a wide variety of industrial sectors including the emerging medical and pharmaceutical markets, research, solar energy, computer, electronics, consumer and heavy industrial. John G Wilson Machine Limited has at its disposal, a broad portfolio of CNC machines and programming software which enhance its abilities in the areas of CNC metal machining/turning, metal fabrication, robotic welding, metal spinning and powder coat painting. Inside our clean modern 106,000 square foot facility, strageically located in South Western Ontario, we employ over 100 skilled employees. To facilitate our painting and assembly requirements, we utilize a conveyorized wash, rinse, dry and powder paint system in addition to several efficient assembly work cells. John G Wilson Machine Limited's welders are qualified to weld to American Welding Standards (AWS), they are qualified for flat, horizontal and verticle to the AWS D1.1 standard. Our exporting extends worldwide, with shipments reaching locations such as United States, New Zealand, Australia, Hong Kong, Thailand, Japan, China and France.
