Since its inception in 1988, Nemato has striven to establish an identity as the best value producer of FRP products in the markets it serves. This philosophy has served Nemato well, and in 1992 the company moved to its current location in Whitby, Ontario. To meet increased demand for core products, Nemato added an addition to the building in 1998, which increased the total square footage of the facility from 44,000 ft² to 55,000 ft². By employing a highly skilled labor force and a group of technical professionals, Nemato has developed a unique and diverse product offering. Globally recognized for its engineering expertise and engineering innovations, Nemato offers a variety of manufacturing techniques and process to meet the varying needs of the markets served including: Contact Molding (HLU), Filament Winding (FW), Closed Cavity Bag Molding (CCBM) and Resin Transfer Molding (RTM). The company manufacturers a comprehensive line of fluid filtration products and accessories sold under the National Line™ brand name as well as pipe and duct; weirs & baffles; clarifier, gas collection & odor control covers; solvent extraction tanks and custom OEM products. The products are designed to serve key markets consisting of recreation; zoos, aquariums & aquaculture; municipal & industrial water and wastewater; industrial equipment and mining.
