Trenval Business Development Corporation is a non-profit corporation federally funded by the Federal Development Agency for Southern Ontario (FedDev Ontario). Trenval provides counselling services for those interested in starting or expanding a new or existing business. There are no fees for this counselling service which provides assistance in business plan preparation, marketing plans, cash flow projections and management procedures. A volunteer Board of Directors made up of well-known local business people, administering a financing program with loans available up to $150,000.00. View the Trenval website for business financing details. Information services are also available with Trenval's lending library and resource centre featuring the Canada Business Ontario information. Trenval is the co-ordinator for the Ontario Self-Employment Benefit Program sponsored by Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities. Many resources including business plan outline, business links, and templates are available on the Trenval website at trenval.on.ca. Trenval services the cities of Belleville, Quinte West, Municipality of Stirling-Rawdon, The Township of Tyendinaga and the Town of Deseronto.
