Cover-All Solutions Centre is part of the Cover-All group of companies that have combined to provide a number of technology services to the Canadian business community. Cover-All's Solutions Centre provides Outsourcing and Facilities Management Services to organizations wishing to move the technical aspects of their data processing functions into the hands of a professional operations and support team. Our clients are then better able to focus on critical core business issues, secure in the knowledge that their complex Information Technology is in safe hands, is more cost-effective and is fully supported. Our Solutions Centre uses several mainframes, robotic tape silos, high-capacity DASD, a full communications infrastucture, and also houses Risc platforms, LAN, WAN, and Internet servers. Our staff provides expert technical support on operating systems (OS/390, VM/VSE) and skilled operational support on each mainframe or server platform assigned to or owned by clients of the Solutions Centre. A sister company, Cover-All Computer Services, provides Fulfillment and Coordination of Direct Mail services together with a variety of high-speed laser printing services to the Canadian business community.

In conjunction with a sister company, Cover-All Computer Services, we provide Fulfullment and Coordination of Direct Mail marketing campaigns for clients who require: o Complex data analysis and segmentation o High volume, high quality variable image printing o Superior lettershop and fulfillment services o Machine or Hand matching of multiple personalized components o Absolute commitment to meeting critical deadlines We also offer print outsourcing services to general industry using sheet-fed and continuous form high speed laser printers. We developed and sell a comprehensive package for Property & Casualty Insurance claims processing, and offer this as an Outsourced service. We create data base solutions for marketing purposes, and we are licensed by Canada Post to provide national change of address service. We are ideally suited to process repetitive monthly data and print programs such as: Month-End statements, Prospectus and Portfolio printing, T3, T4, T5 & RSP Printing and Mailing, Daily Trade Confirmation printing, and Data Cleansing/List Standardization.

Cover-All Solutions Centre provides general Outsourcing and Facilities Management of data processing activities including a full package of technical, operations and customer support services. We normally supply the computer equipment and operating system technology plus high-speed communication lines all configured within our secure facility to meet the needs of each individual client. We also provide highly skilled technical support on OS/390 and VM/VSE operating systems together with a team of experienced operations and customer support personnel. This effectively moves the task of operating complex Information Technology to us and frees our clients to focus on their core business issues. Our data centre houses several mainframe platforms supported by high capacity Raid-DASD, Robotic Tape Silos, Communication Subsystems, and teams of technical support and operational staff. Our major facility also supports a variety of other technologies including RISC platforms, VAX, LAN, WAN and Internet servers. Our printing facility provides both sheet-fed and continuous form high-speed laser printers. All technology is secured with three levels of electronic access, UPS and a Deisel generator. Out services are provided 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.

Profil technologique

We use IBM ES9000 and S/390 platforms as well as an Amdahl
Millennium 425 mainframe. These platforms are supported by STK
Robotic Tape Silos, STK Iceberg Raid-DASD, and a full
communication infrastructure (Modems, T1, T3, Microwave, Fibre
Optics, and Satellite links). Our Operating Systems include:
OS/390, MVS, VM/ESA and VSE/ESA. We also support Unix operations
and we host VAX,LAN,WAN and Internet servers as well as AS/400's
for our clients.
