Call Centre Services:KLJ has developed an expertise in call centre services- an
expertise directly attributable to our extensive project
experience and the formation of strategic partnerships and
alliances with organizations from within all key segments of the
industry- call centre software developers, market research houses
and call centres, alike. Following are some of the
innovative tools we've developed to aid in call centre
operations:
Auto Reporting Tools
One great innovation that KLJ offers the Call Centre Industry, is
its line of Auto Reporting Tools. KLJ has developed a number of
applications for organizations all over Canada that are capable
of generating reports with thousands of pages of detailed
statistics on a monthly basis.
These Reporting Tools allow organizations that conduct monthly
tracking studies to obtain very detailed monthly, or even daily
reports, as required. All reports are professionally desktop
published and often include charts and graphs where necessary.
AutoFaxing Tools
One of KLJ's real-time products for the Call Centre Industry is
the AutoFaxing Application. The AutoFax is designed to tie into
the CATI system to allow faxes to be sent out to individuals from
directly within the call script.
All faxes are fully desktop published and allow for any necessary
logos, fonts, etc. The AutoFax can display all survey information
(including open-ended comments) as well as any imported data.
Call Handling Interfaces
Another innovative product KLJ has added to the Call Centre tools
it develops is the Call Handling Interface. A Call Handling
Interface is a database application designed specifically to
enable the user(s) to effectively handle a multitude of possible
incoming call scenarios.
For example, one of our custom-designed interfaces is responsible
for handling an average of more than 30,000 incoming calls on a
monthly basis and allows for the detailed tracking and reporting
of all information collected on a daily basis. In addition, the
system forwards the user the ability to search through over
500,000 records containing valuable customer information at any
given time.
Database Application Development:
Each and every database application that KLJ designs is
customized to fit the client's specific needs and data structure.
It is the responsibility of our development team to assess the
needs of, and advise, the client on what options may be available
to them. Once basic specifications are agreed upon, the KLJ
design team uses their expertise and creativity to build an
application that will be sound, effective and, most importantly,
user-friendly for the client.
