Who we are: Lead by Derek Featherstone, internationally renowned speaker, author and accessibility expert, our team helps our clients with three core accessibility needs: 1. Taking Stock: we assess your current level of accessibility so that you know where you stand. 2. Chart a Course: based on that assessment, we help you figure out where you need to go and how you’re going to get there 3. Learn to do it yourself: Part of getting there is working with your teams to ensure that they get the knowledge and skills that you need to be self-sufficient. We also provide on-going monitoring and evaluation of your redesign efforts, or new web sites and applications. Why? Because you need to know if you’re hitting the mark. Three core areas of expertise: 1. We’re hands-on people. We design/develop/implement web sites and applications for private and public sector clients. 2. We have a long history of speaking and teaching. Essentially, we learn to do things really well and then teach other people how to do it too. 3. Accessibility is part of user experience. We strive for us and for our clients to produce materials that are not only compliant, but that go beyond that to create a great experience. We either help clients with that through consulting, or hands-on work to repair and put systems into place to ensure that what you’re producing is accessible.
