Blade Reader is a new family of HF RFID Bluetooth readers designed and build by Intelletto Technologies. Blade Reader’s unique antenna design allows scanning of on-the-shelf and on-rack-items with more accuracy than other conventional Bluetooth readers. Blade Reader contains a quarter watt HF reader and a Lithium Ion battery pack that allows continuous scanning of RFID tags for a full shift without a need for recharging. Blade Reader can be used in conjunction with Intelletto Bluetooth desktop Smart Reader (SR10-B) as a base for a seamless integration of wireless RFID check-in and check-out stations in libraries. API and sample appliction are also available to programmers wishing to build solutions on other platforms. Through the API calls, the programmers will have access to the Blade Reader’s RFID reader, Display, Button triggers and buzzer commands.

RFID MultiPort Companion allows existing applications to use barcode and RFID at the same time without the need to modify the application software. Also Multiport is an ideal library programming station. It is a light weight RFID conversion device that works independently without a computer which enables the librarians to take the tagging station to the bookshelf rather than bringing the books to the tagging station.

The INT1000 is an offline automatic encoding and verification station for RFID labels. The use of automatic issuance of serialized data with user defined formatting allows off-line encoding of RFID labels. All tags to be applied are loaded and verified. This allows separation of label application process from encoding process and therefore prevents slow downs in the production line due to RFID item level tagging. To create rolls of 100% pre-encoded/verified RFID labels, the Reel to Reel Encoder stops automatically at each defective tag to be replaced. An optional replacing antenna can be used to encode the replacement tag with the next serialized data. An optional marking system allows defective RFID tags to be marked on a roll of labels during the encoding and verification process.

Intelletto’s Smart Programming Station SP10 enables users to encode RFID tags based on barcode that is attached to teh item. SP10 performs encoding operation without the need to be connected to a host computer. One of SP10 applications is RFID conversion and tagging in libraries. SP10 allows the user to encode RFID at the bookshelf without needing a host PC or a laptop. SP10 reduces the overall cost of tagging by increasing the speed of programming RFID tags and giving the librarians the flexibility and portability they need.

RFID Smart Reader SR10 is designed to make processing of multiple RFID tagged with traditional non-RFID enabled screens a lot easier. Furthermore the reader is also capable of controlling the software screen functions through use of macros and other keyboard control commands without needing to install any software on the host client or anywhere else on your network. Primary target market is library for check in and check out of books with ILS systems.
