Réussite :

Dialogue Education is a unique synthesis of the key insights of how adults learn that can be applied to improve any training curriculum.

Our clients find that our Dialogue Education approach to learning design and facilitation helps them in creating participatory learning events (workshops, trainings, seminars, capacity building events, public engagement events) that are engaging and energizing, yet rigorous and effective.

The approach has helped them to name what makes for effective learning, and to do it more consistently in how they design curriculum and train.

As well, Dialogue Education has helped them to develop a common philosophy, language and approach to learning design and facilitation that has helped staff to work together and to create transparent, readily transferrable training materials.

Témoignage :

Ouida Cooper Rodriguez, Training Director, Women's Initiative
Dialogue Education is a powerful tool for organizations, clients and staff. It gives a framework for empowering clients and creating a safe, inclusive environment. For organizations, it provides a sound structure for program development, as well as staff development and communication. It gives each person a voice to bring all of themselves to a process. It is powerful when an entire organization comes from this empowerment model.

As a consultant and facilitator for almost 10 years, this work has enriched my skills and has given me the terms and concrete concepts for what I have been doing intuitively for years. I am even more conscious and aware of every aspect of "learner as decision maker." The Seven Steps of Design have been particularly valuable for me.

When put into active practice, these principles can transform lives and organizations. This training is priceless! It is an investment worth every dollar. The results will speak for themselves!

"Last week I had the opportunity to attend a CRWRC training event led by two GLP Certified Teachers in Choluteca, Honduras. I just wanted to let you know what a wonderful event it was! I was a high school teacher before I attended seminary and I am a big fan of Jane Vella / Global Learning Partners adult education. This event... reflected the best of adult education. People were involved in many meaningful small group tasks, time was managed well, leaders provided many opportunities for input from participants, the process of the workshop itself was evaluated periodically and feed-back was helpful and presented in a non-threatening way."
