The reconstruction, expansion and intensification of water distribution systems and water treatment plants;. evaluated and estimated technical parameters of water plants and distribution systems, hydraulic calculation, coordination and implementation of technical innovations.

· Asov city, Russia. Project manager responsible for water treatment plant expansion programs. Duties included design of ground water treatment plants, supervision of construction, report writing and training of operational personnel.

· City of Azov, Russia. Quality monitoring, investigation and setting of specific standards and guidelines for water consumption and sanitary sewage for the public as well as industrial enterprises according to environmental regulations; preparation of information for evaluating the effectiveness of implemented mitigation measures.

· New Water and wastewater treatment plants start-up and commissioning at the cities of Sochi, Goriachyi Kluch, Azov and Sophianovo, Russia.

· Project management of start up and operation of new plants; interaction with construction personnel and designers in order to coordinate start up process; calculation of chemical doses and required velocities for the treatment process; product quality monitoring and report preparation.

· Development of the environmental regulations for water consumption and wastewater discharge standards and regulations for the industrial enterprises. Water consumption audit and screening. Best management practice development for discharge of the industrial sewers, optimization of the treatment process in order to meet the environmental regulations.
