Jim’s team is made up of specialists in a variety of areas who combine experience and wisdom of the past with a keen understanding of the new global business environment that we are all now working in. Preparing a client to enter these markets, gain business opportunities and then optimize these opportunities have been key areas of focus. When a client has decided they want to enter the global marketplace, a sampling of the services we provide include an assessment of whether the client’s product or service is exportable and if the client’s company is prepared to export. We then work with the client to develop and gain knowledge in a variety of business processes determined from initial consultation and review of that company’s internal and external resources at the time. Some of the areas we will assist with include determining and assisting the client in the creation and implementation of tools and resources that will enable them to develop a path to the market in question, identify competition and constraints, create channel partnership relationships most relevant to their product or service and put processes in place to accommodate ongoing business development. We assess the client company’s business model and marketing plan and assist in the creation or create for the client, an Export Marketing Plan to act as a blueprint for entering the market (s) in question. To enter global markets effectively, information and communications technology is of course one of any companies strongest tools and an important component for presenting themselves on the world stage.
