JJ Molnar Realty Advisors Inc. provides commercial property management services, condominium reserve fund studies, insurance appraisals, performance/technical audits and advisory services to clients in the Golden Horseshoe and Greater Toronto Area from Oshawa Whitby to Niagara Falls, Barrie and Windsor.
John Molnar Realty Advisors Inc. staff and associates have the following professional designations - CPM (Certified Property Manager), FRI (Fellow of the Real Estate Institute of Canada), CRP (Certified Reserve Planner), P. Eng. (Professional Engineer), CGA (Certified General Accountant and years of experience managing and advising on all types of real estate - office, industrial, retail, multi-residential rentals & condominiums and mixed use properties. In addition, John is a Trained Marshall & Swift Appraiser. We are also members of the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International and the Golden Horseshoe Chapter of the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI). John J. Molnar, the President, is a seasoned professional and has been providing reserve fund studies and insurance appraisals, property management and client advisory services locally, nationally and internationally to private investors, insurance companies, governments, pension funds, syndications, and corporations since 1974.
