We provide mentoring services to researchers, inventors and entrepreneurs who are taking their technology based products to market. Our goal is to assist them in building a complete commercialization plan (business plan, operations plan, marketing plan and financial models), preparing investor presentations and gaining their initial equity investments. We also provide Competitive Intelligence services to our internal clients. This includes competitive monitoring, monitoring of newly published patents and changes to industry regulations. These services can be offered to external clients on a 'for-fee' basis.

At the end of Venture Runways, entrepreneurs are able to articulate the key points of their business idea and how they will carry through to point themselves on a pathway to success.
