FC BASE COAT is an acrylic co-polymer single component elastomeric roof coating, designed as a primer coat for use over new and existing smooth surfaced or granulated built up, modified bitumen, spray polyurethane foam roof and single ply roofing systems. When utilized with the TOP COAT CERAMIC®, plywood, concrete and metal roof substrates can also be effectively waterproofed.
