Kevin Kaiser: First Nations Consultant / Teacher
Expert in education on First Nation and Cultural Sensitivity Training. Extensive teaching experience within both elementary and secondary settings. Extensive experience in creating lesson plans, innovating teaching resources for under represented cultures within the education system. Currently teaching at Dr. Knox Middle School, Kelowna BC. Created tools and teaching resources for Cultural Sensitivity Training Workshops. Created teaching resources and lesson plans for elementary grade levels for all subject areas. Innovated infrastructure and created teaching resources for Planned Group Sessions in math for various ages of students. Created individual lesson plans for special students. Within the Youth Millennium Project, conducted interviews with youth of all ages. Implemented Youth Millennium Project deliverables into schools and community centers. Monitored project schedule, revised teaching resources and expanded all Youth Millennium Project successes into British Columbia schools.

Peter Persad: Vice Principal of a Highschool within District #73 (Kamloops Thompson)
Currently working as a Vice Principal within a district with a Local Education Agreement. This district (Kamloops Thompson) has a working Model of an Education Agreement that has proven to be effective. Calum Hughes: Project Manager

Certified in Project Management Institute Methodology© for mitigating risk, maximizing communication and ensuring project success. Worked within complex Government environments to maintain respectful evaluation and thorough research analysis for Quality Improvement. Created and presented at top level educational presentations and in-service talks for Psychiatrists, Nursing staff, General Practitioners, Internal Medicine, ObGyn, and Cardiologists. Facilitated Provincial and Health Authority Working Groups for sustainable Strategic Planning and Project Management. Created teaching resources and presented at top-level educational presentations regarding Project Management, Change Management, and Effective Communication for Ministry personnel, Physicians, nursing staff and patients. Created several teaching resources for University level courses and Provincial educational presentations that have been adopted throughout the Province of BC and Interior Health Authority.
