“Decorating Den was hired to assist our engineering firm in developing a design plan for a company, who was undergoing a major renovation. During the development of the design concept, input from both our firm and our client was carefully obtained and any details were thoroughly reviewed and considered prior to making a proposal.

Decorating Den was always accommodating in scheduling appointments to meet everyone's time frame and arrived early at our meetings. They were very well prepared for every discussion and all products and samples were presented in a professional manner. Decorating Den was prompt in providing product information as requested and conscious of their time involved in order to keep costs at a minimum.

Sarah had a good understanding of all products discussed and was upfront in expressing the pros and cons of any materials or goods suggested for the project. In this regard, we often find that rather than express their opinion, professionals will oftentimes simply agree with the client to avoid being contrary. During this project, Sarah was very professional in presenting her opinion without being offensive to the client. This was a refreshing change and took pressure off of our firm, as we were able to focus on other elements of the project. The samples brought for selection were what we expected and discussed and often various options were presented.

Decorating Den's fees for the interior decorating component of this project were very reasonable while the costs of products were competitive. Our project was completed on schedule and Decorating Den was prompt in providing all services in a timely fashion.

Well, our 40-year-old school project is finally completed and everything turned out right! We are quite pleased! We made a 4O-year-old school building (20,000 sq ft) look like a big city downtown office building. We ended up with 110 cubicles and 10 offices and have 115 employees working the day shift and 40 employees working on the night shift. All employees are proud of their new building. Thank you so much for your help with this major project.

You were also a big help in the renovation of our maintenance building, our Hartland terminal building and our entire Head Office building in downtown Hartland. The complete renovations and facelifts on all four buildings helped improve employee morale!

Again, thank you for your help picking out paint colors, flooring, window shades, washroom accessories, etc, etc, etc. Your were professional and not pushy in your suggestions and I enjoyed working with you.
