Graphic design software: Networked office environment utilizies Mac and PC computers. Design softwared includes CS4 and CS3 creative suites (Indesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop etc). Our on-line registration system utilizies server based software. Web sites are designed in Dreamweaver or dotnetnuke platforms.

We have 3 full time employees located in our office in Whitehorse Yukon. We have 1 permanent part-time employee and 6 auxiliary on-call staff.

Our on-line registration system is unique from others in that it is designed by a meeting planner, is totally customizable, and is backed by coordination services and up-to the minute summary reports. It is not simply a template system that our clients have to administer themselves.
President, Wanda Leaf to our knowledge is the only Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) by way of the Convention Industry Council.
