Tekna Plasma Systems specializes in induction thermal plasma technologies. Tekna Plasma Systems offers both standard and custom plasma systems for a number of applications, including powder densification and spheroidization, the production of coatings, ultra-fine powders, new material synthesis, and the thermal destruction of wastes.
The company offers turn-key plasma systems which can be tailored to specific customer needs. Its core technology in induction plasma is the result of decades of research and combines the latest research advances with modern industrial technologies such as digitization, automation, robotic control, continuous data acquisition systems and environmentally-friendly plasma gas recycling. Tekna offers its clients a modern 4000 m2 process demonstration and production facility for induction plasma powder treatment, powder spheroidization, nanopowder synthesis and thermal plasma spraying. |
