Since the 1960’s, TDM has served many of the world’s leading corporations, providing a comprehensive range of contract personnel for short-term and longer assignments, both on site and in our own facilities. We give clients access to the top technical talent available, without the high overhead costs associated with hiring permanent staff for projects or temporary overload situations. And at TDM we draw from an international pool of resources to serve the needs of clients through our offices in North America, Europe and the Asia-Pacific region. EXPERIENCE WITH A GLOBAL PERSPECTIVE TDM’s international corporate experience and insight provide flexible and innovative solutions to technical staffing requirements. In addition to placing individuals within clients’ organizations, TDM has provided the following: AEROSPACE MANUFACTURING PROGRAM Airframe Manufacturer TDM provided an eighty-five person team to assist with the manufacturing phase of a composite helicopter fuselage program. Team members included manufacturing engineers, tool designers, manufacturing planners, composite toolmakers, composite lay-up technicians, composite sub-assembly and bonding technicians and final assembly filters. TDM also provided the management and supervisory personnel for each of these groups. The team operated as a cohesive, semi-autonomous unit within the client’s facilities. ENGINEERING & DESIGN OFFICE Steel Mill Constructor To meet a client’s need for engineering and design office capacity without the necessity of building and equipping new facilities, TDM established a fully equipped off-site office, complete with work station-based high-level CAD drawing systems, and a team of forty-five high-level personnel who were supervised by the client’s management. MAINTENANCE ENGINEERING TEAM Petroleum Refinery When a major petro-chemical facility needed an integrated team to complete their maintenance shutdown schedule, they called on the resources of TDM. The team consisted of planning engineers, ILS specialists, work schedulers, and work supervisors. Skilled trade’s personnel such as welders, fitters, and millwrights were also provided. AEROSPACE ENGINEERING SERVICES Aerospace Company In order to complete a time-sensitive project on schedule, a major aircraft company turned to TDM to augment their existing engineering staff. Structures design engineers, CAD drafters, stress analysts and weights engineers were provided to work within their engineering department. The TDM personnel were supervised by the client’s technical management.
