Company description

CenterLine's Supersonic Spray Technologies Division is a full service manufacturer of SST Cold Spary (Low Pressure Gas Dynamic Spray)equipment and supplies.

CenterLine’s Cold Spray technology provides users with equipment and raw materials to apply robust metal coatings, offering extremely low oxide entrapment, high densities with high bond/cohesive strengths. Our coatings are also extremely machine-able, applied with either thin or thick build characteristics and are accepting of dissimilar materials with no galvanic reactions.

Existing system installations have provided numerous benefits to our customers including:

Increasing quality - the low temperature cold spray process is less invasive and will not adversely affect materials being coated.

Increasing versatility - coatings meet or exceed technical spec’s, regarding high density, low porosity, etc.

Improving a client's green footprint - Cold spray applications are more environmentally “friendly” than thermal spray processes. No nano-particulates or VOCs are produced.

Decreasing infrastructure - Cold spray often requires less infrastructure and servicing than thermal spray processes.

In addition to providing the necessary equipment for cold spray, CenterLine also supplies an extensive range of process development, integration and R&D support services.
