The undersigned, HER MAJESTY THE QUEEN IN RIGHT OF CANADA, as represented By the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development (now known as Indigenous and Northern Affairs Canada), the full post office address of whose principal office or place of business is currently TeiTasses de la Chaudiere, 10 Wellington Street, North Tower, Gatineau, Quebec, K 1 A 0H4, Canada, has adopted as an official mark CANADA ESKIMO ART & DESIGN depicted as follows: The Official Mark has been protected under Section 9 of the Trade-marks Act by virtue of the issuance of public notice of the adoption and use of the mark as an official mark in the issue of the Trade-marks Journal dated September 13, 1972 under Application No. 900,583. The undersigned hereby consents to the use and registration by Inuit Art Foundation, its successors and assigns, of any trade-marks and certification marks so nearly resembling as to be likely to be mistaken for the Official Mark, including without limitation such marks that may contain the term "Inuit Art" alone or in combination with other word and/or design elements.
