The services are performed by management consultants who have met the following requirements: (1) possess a university degree; (2) have a minimum of 3 years of management consulting experience; (3) successfully completed all elements of the applicant's Certified Management Consultant certification program, which includes a course in professional Ethical Behaviour, a course in management consulting essentials, a course in project management, and one course each in proficiency in interpersonal and personal skills; (4) successfully completed a critical evaluation of work samples, namely, samples of reports and presentations which demonstrate competency in the field of management accounting; (5) achieve a satisfactory rating from client references; (6) successfully demonstrate knowledge and expertise in a face-to-face oral assessment, conducted by trained certified professionals; (7) meet the professional standards set out in the applicant's Competency Framework, a copy of which is attached; (8) receive approval from their Regional Certifying Institute, a list of which is attached; and (9) agree to adhere to the applicant's Uniform Code of Professional Conduct, a copy of which is attached. The aforesaid standards are available on the applicant's website and are subject to change by the applicant from time to time. The applicant is not engaged in the manufacture, sale, leasing or hiring of goods or the performance of services such as those listed in the application.
