The applicant has granted a licence to use the certification mark in association with all the specific goods listed hereafter that meet the defined standard set out below, and the certification mark has been used in Canada as aforesaid in association with the general class of goods comprising the following specific goods, dairy products, since March 1, 2017. The applicant requests registration in respect of the specific goods aforesaid. The use of the certification mark is intended to indicate that the goods enumerated above, in connection with which it is used, conform to the following defined norm: "All products must be made from real milk of Canadian origin alone or combined with another agricultural product according to the standards of processing, manufacturing and marketing imposed or recognized by Dairy Producers of Canada in compliance with the norms of quality that must be respected in accordance with the Foods and Drugs Act and the regulations pertaining to it". The applicant is not engaged in the manufacture, sale, leasing or hiring of goods or the performance of services such as those in association with which the certification mark is used.
