The use of the certification mark is intended to indicate that the services in association with which it is used are provided by persons who have: (i) become and remain a Member in good standing of the Applicant and have met the requirements of the Applicant as set forth in the By laws and regulations of the Applicant; (ii) achieved minimum work experience as a business and securities valuator; (iii) attended continuing education and training courses; (iv) successfully completed such courses and programs as are specified by the Applicant; and (v) successfully completed examinations set and judged by the Applicant. These standards as set by the Applicant are more further described on the Schedule attached hereto. The standards are up-dated from time to time by the Applicant.
