COLOUR CLAIM:
The applicant claims colour as a feature of the trade-mark composed of a sequentially coloured retina design surrounding the letters BBS, with the following colour sequence commencing clockwise from the segment immediately to the left of the first B of the BBS as follows: the first segment is dark green, and the subsequent segments are as follows: emerald green, yellow, gold, orange, red, purple, royal blue, and aqua blue. The drawing is also lined for colour.
