Any changes to the current copyright laws could endanger Canadian citizens. The RIAA and MPAA have brought many frivolous lawsuits against our American counterparts and have ruined lives as a result.
No system is going to be perfect, ours works better then most. Our laws are doing what they are supposed to be doing, protecting the average citizen.
