Just some more common folk thoughts..
Please ensure that it is not a crime if you purchase a cd and then put it on your ipod for your own use. No sense in making criminals out of the majority of the population after all I already bought the cd once (I wont even mention the proposed ipod tax).
Make sure that if you do something like tape a copy of a tv show for you to watch later, that this is not a violation of the copyright law — after all we already paid for the tv channel.
By all means make it illegal for the people who sell bootleg or copies of dvds at flea markets etc to be fined or what not. Just be sure that if I buy a movie, song or whatever it is, that if I put it on a different medium that it doesnt make me a criminal.
