Hello,

I am very happy to see that our government is listening to public opinion regarding the upcoming changes to copyright law in Canada.

As a Canadian I am happy to be able to enjoy the many digital freedoms that we have; many of which do not exist in other countries. Specifically, fair dealing and privacy in the digital age are rights that are important to me and many other Canadians.

When considering changes to copyright law, the rights of Canadians must be put as the first priority. Otherwise, the changes will not improve the society that we live in.

Thank you,

- Julian
