Information identified as archived on the Web is for reference, research or recordkeeping purposes. It has not been altered or updated after the date of archiving. The footer is displayed on every page, except the welcome page and server message pages. Its purpose is to signal to site visitors that they have reached the end of the web page. The footer contains the following information:
- Date Modified is the most recent date on which the document was formally issued, substantially changed or reviewed — shown in YYYY-MM-DD format.
- The Top of Page arrow returns you to the top of the page you are currently viewing.
- The Important Notices page contains information on privacy, official languages, hyperlinks and copyright.
