Canadian Copyright Consultations:

The purpose of this communication is to indicate that the Public Archives of Nova Scotia endorses fully the submission of the Canadian Council of Archives (CCA) Copyright Committee.

The CCA submission deserves serious consideration in any changes to copyright legislation, especially the compelling need to provide for a technologically neutral access right to archival holdings, permitting archives to make archival holdings accessible to the public using digital technology, including the internet.
