Identity threat is growing problem in modern hi tech global technology. Last year 1.7 million Canadian were victimized by identity threat because of improper handling of private information and indifferent of Government and law and enforcement agency. Meanwhile the I.S.P, Telephone service and Canada Post, Ontario lottery and gaming corporation, Mortgage brokerages, Call Center is also most main point to target of Identity threat. Like wish where dishonest employee working and personal and financial information stored. Recent research found that 6.5% of the total population of Canadian reported that they were victim of Identity theft. According to 19 other country in the globe the percentage of cyber crime rate is extremely high in Canada because lack of realistic punishment and the technology of identity process. As a result Canada become is one of the 'hot beds' of identity fraud.

We need to change our old banking system to implement new technology. To change RFID to innovation secure reliable safe banking transaction.
