In incorportating GPS technology in New cars as a required feature the cost in lives and saafety in finding people who have gone missing in their care, Amber alerts, Features such as On Star where a car can be stopped that is reported stolen. Where information on registered vehicles can be used to prevent crime and safety and a rebate program in insurance cost for those people installing such features and not in a place easily circumvented by car theives or others would go a long way in slowing down crime.

Now one may say there are privacy concerns but the police are to busy to care about anyone but those they are seeking in the commission of crime, missing persons and those in medical need.

The other matter I am concerned with is the fact hat the cable companies managed to cirmvent new rules on them I am concerned that we as Canadians are paying more money for less service.
