With this information content, entrepreneurs can write a investor grade business plan using quality information resources which are free or low cost. If we train entrepreneurs to learn how to navigate this system, we will be providing them with the knowledge to make important and calculated decisions for the course of their business development and early stage growth. My company is taking the first initiatives to start training entrepreneurs to research their business idea in the Greater Toronto Area so they can conduct a feasibility study of their idea, do the market research and write a business plan using the B.I.S. and finding more information at the Toronto reference library. The B.I.S. is very important in the development of our economy and it is a example what a transparent government system looks like, and it is a benchmark for the rest of the worlds governments to follow.
