Executive Summary
I live outside the main area for broadband access, but my business is in an urban area with broadband access. Bell has recently made an attempt to service my rural home area with "broadband". Attached are broadband test results ; you be the judge. Service is touted as up to 5 Mbps. Here are the results and the service is expensive.
