It is clear that all current service providers are not capable of providing the level of service that customers are paying to receive. I would suggest that all limits to outside investment be lifted. If they manage to survive that is fine and if they do not that is for the best. Canada supports too many companies that should not be in business.
The public consultation period ended on July 13 2010, at which time this website was closed to additional comments and submissions. News and updates on progress towards Canada’s first digital economy strategy will be posted in our Newsroom, and in other prominent locations on the site, as they become available.
