Governor in Council draft regulations
The Government of Canada is currently reviewing all comments received to the Governor in Council draft regulations during the pre-publication period and is preparing to proceed to the final stage of the federal regulatory development process. A copy of these comments is available on this page.
It is anticipated that the Governor in Council draft regulations will be published in Part II of the Canada Gazette in Fall 2011, subject to Governor in Council approval and will come into force with the legislation.

Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) draft regulations
The CRTC is also reviewing comments received to their draft regulations. A copy of these comments is available on the CRTC website.
