Objective(s): The Ontario Labour Market Partnerships program supports partnerships among employers, employer/employee associations, and community organizations. The program is intended to help partners to:
  • address identified labour market issues;
  • develop and implement strategies to improve their ability to plan for their human resource needs;
  • implement labour force adjustment measures to deal with changes in the labour market that are driven by technological, economic, demographic, and/or structural influences.

Eligibility: Eligible activities must focus on meeting human resource requirements or on dealing with adjustment issues involving:
  • employers;
