The feature article of the November issue, indicates that recovery in the lending market is taking hold. Using data from a recent survey of small businesses conducted for Industry Canada, this article highlights that both debt financing request rates and debt financing approval rates have increased from 2009 to 2010. This issue also includes articles on job creation, self-employment and business insolvencies.
