Prime Minister Stephen Harper was at Perimeter Institute in Waterloo, Ontario on July 6, 2010 to announce the establishment of the Government of Canada’s Banting Postdoctoral Fellowships and contribution to the NextEinstein Initiative to support young African scholars.
